By studying advanced food production concepts at domestic and abroad, combined with the characteristics of Chinese catering, we are constantly innovating and developing in practice. In the kitchen design and product manufacturing, we took the lead in adopting the completely enclosed theory. Through layout design, product improvement, and supporting civil construction methods, the blind spot of sanitary is cleaned to a greater extent, which is convenient for sanitation and cleaning and reduces labor intensity.
